Occasionally the courier might require a signature or the parcel may exceed the dimensions of a Mailbox or P.O box, in this case if one is not there to receive the order then the order will wait at the local post office.
Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it.
If your return is because your item wasDamaged, then first you must contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claims. We also require a photo of the damaged product. Once we have the picture and the claims number we can resend you a new item.

If your return is because was the Wrong Order then please contacthere and we will send out the correct order to your address.
If your return is because you wereUnsatisfiedwith the item then contact us here and we will provide an exchange for another item of the same value.
If this is the case we greatly apologize as we usually can change this kind of problem if we are notified before it is shipped out.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not issue refunds to our customer unless the item has not been shipped out. What we offer instead would be an exchange for another item of the same value, store credit or resending the same item.
